1. the microshop - what is this exactly?
the microshop is an index to all the micromusic_ wares available. some items
you will be able to order from micromusic.net directly. for other items, to
order you will be redirected to the people running the business or
manufacturing the product.
 
 

2. are the products cool?

the products that are in the microshop have been checked by micromusic.net
before being added online - a bit like the qfs we have for online .mp3
releases. there wont be any items in our shop that micromusic.net are not
happy to endorse.
 
 

3. YOUR ORDER - what happens?

we will respond to micromusic.net orders within 48 hours during working days
[but the weekend might take a little longer]
and after checking on your order which country you are from we will notify
you which is the best way to pay.

there are 2 possibilities:


a) through our micromusic PayPal account (by credit card)

if you wish to pay by credit card let us know and we will send you
a PayPal Money Request by email.

b) through transaction to our micromusic bank account

any of the independent people who's products we include in our index will
have their own methods for you to pay for their cool products. the
independent that you place your order with will contact you and tell you
what to do.
 
 

4. PAYMENTS - no credit cards?

we're NOT accepting cash posted by mail anymore. the only way to pay is by PayPal or transaction onto our Credit Suisse bank account (see 3. YOUR ORDER - what happens?)
 
 

5. TRANSFERING THE MONEY - what else do i have to transfer with the money?

please mention your orderID (you will get it by email) with the transaction.
 
 

6. how long do i wait?

leave 5 - 10 working days for the payment to reach us.
then another 5 - 10 working days to process the order.
and then count another 5 working days for the order to be sent back to
you.
 
 

7. eerrrrrr.... this isn't actually what i ordered...

if the wrong micromusic.net item is sent then contact shop@micromusic.net
immediately and explain your problem. we will endeavour to fix it within 7
days.
if a micromusic.net product is faulty, again contact shop@micromusic.net
and explain your problem. we will endeavour to fix it within 7 days.

if the item comes from an independent person, contact them immediately AS
WELL cc: to shop@micromusic.net.
 
 

8. i ordered something from an independent person and there has been
problems!!

email shop@micromusic.net and cc: the independent - and explain your side
of the story. we do not want to represent people who dont deliver, rip you
off or send crap. financially we cannot help you, but we can help by
removing this persons products from our site
